RAISING FUNDS  ·  SUPPORTING MISSIONS  ·  CHANGING LIVES
The Model

Game day generosity,
engineered to overflow.

Donated water. Church parking lots. A five-dollar bundle. And thousands of little yellow ducks that keep giving all year long. Here's exactly how a Project 22 fundraiser works.

Step By Step

From donated water to funded missions.

1

A Seed Sponsor unlocks the event

One local business covers the only upfront cost — the custom merchandise that stocks every station. Because 100% of the bottled water is donated by local grocers, a single seed gift unlocks the entire fundraiser and multiplies into guaranteed direct funding for the mission. Sponsors ride with us all day: name and logo on every station banner, verbal recognition from volunteers, and dedicated thank-you posts on social media.

2

Four stations on church land

On game day, we set up four high-traffic donation stations on partner church properties along the main fan walk-up corridors — private land, so the fundraiser runs friction-free. Fans get an irresistible offer for a $5 suggested donation: two ice-cold waters and three custom charity ducks, plus entry into a dual-bucket rivalry raffle themed around the two teams playing that night.

3

Charity Parking sells itself

Partner churches already offer paid game-day parking. We help them upgrade the ticket to "Charity Parking" — the same spot, with the bundle automatically included. Hundreds of bundles sell at the gates before kickoff, no volunteer effort required, and host churches share in the blessing for opening their land.

4

The Digital Duck keeps giving

Every duck carries a QR-coded tag. Scan it, and you land on a unified page featuring our partners' stories, schedules, and one micro-ask: just $1 for the entire year. Over a full season, tens of thousands of ducks sit on dashboards and desks as tiny billboards — a low-barrier engine built to grow recurring annual support for every partner organization.

Why It Works

Built to give more, spend less.

The model is designed so that community generosity flows to the mission — not to overhead.

Where the giving goes

  • Minimal overhead comes out first — ducks, ice, and site permits. The water costs nothing; it's 100% donated by local grocers.
  • Host churches share in the proceeds as a thank-you for lending their land and their trust.
  • The rest goes to the missions — the partner organizations we're raising for, game after game, season after season.
Thousands of fans walk past our stations on a single game day. Every one of them is a chance to hydrate a neighbor, hand over a duck, and fuel a mission — before the digital duck engine adds a single recurring gift.
